“Ikwesiri Chinekem” is a powerful Nigerian gospel song by Prince Mich Philips. The title, which means “You are my helper” in Igbo language, reflects the song’s theme of dependence on God. Just like the Bible says, “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth” (Psalm 121:1-2).
Prince Mich Philips’ soulful voice and the song’s inspiring melody make it a heartfelt worship experience. The song’s message is clear: God is our helper and strength in times of need.
As we sing along, let’s remember to trust in God’s help and guidance.
